Ossidia textile - Muscle-supporting Compression

The primary textile used in their is construction is Assos' own Ossidia material. The warp-knit of OSSIDIA provides silky smooth compression along your lower back and thighs, helping push back fatigue and fight lactate-full muscles. Made from ultrathin, highly elastic yarns, Ossidia also fits just like a second skin, delivering incredible breathability and flexibility too. UPF 50+ also protect you from the sun. 

Meanwhile, the front panel uses LOSANGA. This material ensures there's less pressure around your sensitive areas, enhancing comfort on long days in the saddle. 

Wrapped in Comfort

The GTO straps and leg panels feature Assos' rollBar and one-piece Butterfly panel construction. This offers extra stability and support. Each leag panel also features louvreTec darted construction, delivering a custom, compressive hold of your thighs. At the ends of the thighs, the raw-cut skinGrip finish, with minimal silicone grip, prevents your shorts from riding up while also exerting minimal pressure. A raw-cut waist also delivers a pressure-free and smooth fit. 

MILLE GTO C2 Insert

Using their stitch-free goldenGate technology and reversed seams, the MILLE GTO C2 Insert is honed for long-distance cycling comfort. The front features Assos' sunDeck superlight - a successor to their iconic kukuPenthouse - made using an ultrasoft foam-free textile to form a preshaped cup that both supports the male anatomy and promotes maximum ventilation.

The pad also features the twin21 System made of three separate layers. Firstly, 11mm of lightweight microShock foam gives shock absorption. Next 10mm of lower-density matrix foam. This is sandwiched between the microShock and the 3D waffle outer to fully absorb micro-vibrations. The 3D waffle itself is a 3-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.
