The go-to helmet for professionals such as Brendan Fairclough, Aaron Gwin and Cam Zink, the impressive Troy Lee Designs' creation was born off the back of its brother, the D2, and uses many similar features to offer unrivalled levels of safety. Fitted with an aerodynamic shell, the D3 has been tested digitally in the wind tunnels and is extremely breathable to help maximise ventilation and keep you cool. Wicking away moisture, the 20 high-flow intake and exhaust vents work to eliminate the build-up of sweat while the padded liner with coolmax™ and dri-lex™ can be removed and washed for the ultimate feeling of freshness.
Extremely comfortable, the D3 Carbon MIPS uses 3D contoured cheekpads and is extremely lightweight thanks to titanium hardware. The cheekpads fit anatomically and release quickly should you ever wish to part with the D3. For those that love to jam as they go, there is a purpose-built internal cavity for audio integration. With a full incremental sizing for a greater range of fitment, this helmet really does offer the ultimate all-rounder for taking to the skatepark.
