During intense activity key electrolyte are lost during the process of sweating – it is important to replace these electrolytes to avoid dehydration. Therefore, the HIGH5 ZERO tabs are specially formulated with key electrolytes such as sodium and magnesium.
Added Vitamin C also helps to boost your immune system – it protects cells from oxidative stress which helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Cola
The Cola flavoured tabs also give you an extra boost with 75mg of added caffeine per tab. Caffeine is an incredibly effective during training and races, it helps you keep your focus and also helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Directions for Use
Simply drop a tab into a re-usable water bottle and watch it rapidly dissolve. The tabs are also easy to break in two, allowing you to choose the ideal drink strength. For best results HIGH5 recommend one tablet in 750ml water.
