That’s why HIGH5 have launched new Energy Gels with Slow Release Carbs which contain isomaltulose, a slowly-digested carbohydrate that provides you with a stable and sustained energy supply for longer lasting fuel during sport.

    Developed in collaboration with professional cycling team BORA – hansgrohe, HIGH5 Energy Gels with Slow Release Carbs have also been enhanced with a new electrolyte complex, which provides you with an invigorating hit of magnesium. Naturally sourced from seawater to help you balance your electrolytes, Energy Gels with Slow Release Carbs give you all the essentials so you can be at your best.

    Directions for Use
    Consume before and during exercise, just tear the top of the sachet and drink gel directly from the sachet. Take one gel every 20 minutes.
