Cushioning is important when taking to the trails and the Asics Gel-Sonama 4 GTX knows this. Featuring rearfoot GEL and an Ortholite sockliner, you can expect plenty of cushioning and impact protection over tough, technical surfaces and an internal heel counter keeps the foot locked in place, providing support as and when needed.
The AmpliFoam midsole is durable and provides a comfortable ride, while the open forefoot mesh utilised in the upper offers a great fit and allows your feet to breath. The moulded rubber outsole and multi-directional inner lugs ensure hardwearing protection and traction across a variety of terrains.
Finished with a Gore-Tex upper you can expect a completely waterproof construction that doesn't sacrifice on breathability.
