Start With Protection

As with any mountain bike helmet, it's core function is to keep your head safe when you take a slam. And to this end, 7iDP chose a sturdy ABS hardshell construction over the EPS foam core rather than in-moulding a light outer to a foam core, as can be found on most trail helmets. This makes it superb at absorbing impacts without excess weight, achieving it all without compromising safety while also offering great value for those of you on a tighter budget. The CRV (crash Release Visor) is also designed to snap away in the event of a crash, reducing forces on the neck and head. It simply snaps back into place too, rather than uses bolts.
