WTB TCS Tubeless Tyre Sealant

WTB went through five different formula revisions to ensure TCS Tubeless Tyre Sealant is the best option for quickly and confidently repairing ¼” (6mm) punctures. The brand's unique formula cures sealant particulate within the puncture to create a flexible, long-lasting repair. TCS Tubeless Tyre Sealant is optimised for temperatures down to 15°F (-9.4°C), which increases sealing performance without altering the formula for extremely cold conditions. Synthetic latex minimises the risk of allergic reactions while also keeping the sealant fresh for many months of riding.

Technologies:

- Instantly seals punctures up to 1/4" (6mm).
- Ammonia-free formula stays fresh for months after installation.
- Optimised for temps down to 15F° (-9.4°C), which increases sealing performance without altering the formula for extremely cold conditions. Other sealants are rated for temps down to 0°F or below, but accepting higher minimum temps allowed us to improve sealing performance when used during the most common riding temps.
- Made with synthetic latex, which negates the risk of allergic reactions caused by natural latex.
- Water-based, light green colour tint.
- Designed to interact optimally with the compounds used in WTB tyres, but is also compatible with other tubeless tyres.
- Mica particulate seals within punctures using tackiers rather than relying on the evaporation process of harmful ammonia. This means TCS Tubeless Tyre Sealant performs consistently in harsh conditions where other sealants have trouble clotting due to minimal evaporation.
- Available in four sizes. 4oz, 8oz, 16oz, and 32oz. All bottles feature measuring gradients in both ounces and millilitres to easily determine how much sealant is being poured.
