This item uses detachable bike arms with lockable Thule AcuTight torque limiter knobs that "click" when optimal storage torque is reached, making the mounting of bikes incredibly simple. Adjustable pump buckles with extra-long wheel straps fasten easily to wheels (up to 4.7") while having a large distance between wheel holders, enabling the transport of long wheelbase bikes.
The simplicity and intelligent design continue with the smart foot pedal. The foot pedal activates the tilt function of this Thule towbar bike carrier to provide easy car boot access.
