Updated Design
The Wave Solo is a modern take on traditional ball rollers. The Wave Solo has a firm and small targeted shape that is easy to transport with a design that mimics that lacrosse ball that athletes have used to release soreness and tension for decades. This updated design has added vibration and specialised engineering that dampens the pain often found with massage balls when they are used to dig deep into the muscle.

QuietRoll Technology
Great for using anywhere, the ball comes with Theragun’s innovative QuietRoll Technology which effectively mutes any reverberation from the device to the surrounding environment – redirecting all of that powerful vibration to your body.

Customised Vibration
The balls come with 3 powerful vibration frequencies which can all be adjusted to your comfort level to help release soreness, reduce tension, increase range of motion, and improve movement in general.

Smart Connectivity
Via Bluetooth®, the Wave Solo can easily be connected to the Therabody app which allows you to take total control of your rolling experience. You can use the app to adjust vibration intensity and discover guided rolling recovery routines specifically tailored to your specific needs.
