Race Face have chosen a hard-wearing and great looking Tweedster fabric that has a textured outer face for style but takes a beating and shrugs off water thanks to the DWR treatment and waterproof membrane. Using double reinforced seams throughout means you can be sure that the Ambush shorts are up to the wear and tear of off road riding.
A soft brushed inner waistband keeps things comfy all day. The use of 3D mesh panelling enhances air flow to keep you feeling at your best even as you're building up a sweat. You also get zippered thigh vents if the temperatures are really high. The raised back panel stretches up a little higher to ensure no builder’s bum syndrome. The Ambush shorts have an Inseam of 38cm (15”), just under the knee, with hem openings large enough to accommodate your Race Face pads.
With their tough construction and DWR treatment the Ambush shorts are the perfect year round short for all your trail sessions, shrugging off cuts, abrasions and muddy trails.
