Removable D30™ high performance shock absorbing foam protects the hips while low-profile custom moulded foam at the outer thigh offers additional protection against knocks. Strategic mesh fabric mapping and a high performance, Italian-made chamois with triple-density foam and rapid sweat absorption technology encourage air flow when things heat up. Contrast flatlock stitching and soft brushed ‘Boxer Style’ waistband add to comfort and style.

D30™ High Performance Shock Absorbing Protection


D3O is a revolutionary shock absorption material. The material moves freely when moved slowly, but when a shock is applied the material locks together to absorb and disperse energy, then instantly returns to a flexible state. The material’s molecules lock, dispersings the force of impact, reducing its effect drastically with the aim of letting you continue on riding injury free.

This unique characteristic makes it perfect for inclusion in cycle protection where total freedom of movement is needed but should you find yourself hitting the deck the D30™ takes the impact thus protecting your joints.
