Use of 5mm thick Yamamoto high-performance neoprene in the lower legs and hips elevates your lower body in the water to improve swimming position and reduce drag. A 3mm chest and 2mm shoulder and arm panels deliver excellent flexibility to ensure the full range of movement throughout your swimming stroke.
