MIPS-C2® Brain Protection System

Sitting between the inner comfort padding and the EPS Foam, the MIPS-C2®  (Multi-directional Impact Protection System)  reduces the rotational forces on the brain when you're involved in a crash. 

MIPS technology allows the inner and outer to slide relative to the head in the case of a crash and as a result, the forces are absorbed and redirected to prevent them from being transmitted to the brain. In the event of a fall, the MIPS equipped helmet provides up to a 10% improvement in protection from certain impacts.

Cool Comfort

While offering excellent protection, you'll also be pleased to find the Veleno won't leave you feeling hot and sweaty during your ride. A total of 26 air vents and engineered inner channels let cool air in and push damp warm air out. The comfort pads also do a great job of wicking away sweat. And they're washable too, so you always have a fresh feeling. You even get specific ports to securely dock sunglasses when climbing or resting.

MET Safe-T Upsilon Fit System

For a precise and comfortable fit, the MET Safe-T Upsilon Fit System is hard to beat. The 360-degree head belt removes pressure points and allows for all head shapes too.
