Ideal for running long miles on hard rocky terrain, the Inov-8 Trailroc 285 Shoes are back with a vengeance following a complete redesign. The grip has been improved upon since the last version with an outsole that is filled with a small stud construction ensuring your grip on the hard trail underneath without allowing any debris to clog in between.

The Tri-C Sticky Rubber outsole is comprised of three sticky rubber compounds that increase both grip and durability. The heel sports the most durable, long-lasting rubber, with a soft centre to aid grip and hard edges to promote stability and security. Sporting a new Powerflow+ midsole, you can expect 10% better shock absorption and 25% better energy return, keeping your foot comfortable while propelling you forward at each toe-off. 

Underfoot protection comes via the Dynamic Fascia Band rock plate, ensuring no pain or discomfort from impacting hard, sharp rocks, it also flexes with the foot to promote a natural running gait and bounce back energy return. A robust external toe cap protects your foot from injury on hard and rocky surfaces. 

An external heel counter and improved Met-Cradle+ provides high levels of support by wrapping around the heel and midfoot. This helps you to maintain a better gait when exploring uneven terrain by providing a secure locked in fit.
