Battery Life
Great for your longest running adventures, the Forerunner® 955 features versatile battery modes that can easily be switched between to provide the battery life you need. In Smartwatch mode the watch has a battery life of up to 15 days, in GPS mode the battery life is up to 42 hours, and in UltraTrac™ up to 80 hours.

Responsive Touchscreen
Built with the traditional button controls and now with a new responsive touchscreen, the Forerunner® 955 makes it easier than ever to click or swipe through maps and stats.

Mapping
Whether you’re jogging round the city centre or running along the most densely covered trails the watch provides full-colour, built-in-mapping to keep you on track.

Improved Accuracy
Garmin’s Forerunner® 955 utilises access to multiple navigation satellite systems, providing access to multiple frequencies sent by navigation satellite for improved accuracy in areas where GNSS signals are reflected, weak, or typically don’t penetrate. This ensures superior accuracy for how far and fast you’ve run even in the most challenging of environments.

Race Widget
The Race Widget provides key training tips, personalised daily suggested workouts, and completion time predictions based on course details, weather, and performance.

Morning Report
Receive an overview of your sleep, recovery, and training outlook as soon as you wake up with Garmin’s Morning Report – alongside HRV status, training readiness, weather, and more. You can customise your Morning Report to show what you want to see.

HRV Status
The new HRV status delivers a deeper understanding of your overall health, recovery, and training performance through HRV while you sleep. The advanced HRV status is based on technology developed by Garmin’s Firstbeat Analytics™ team.

Suggested Workouts
Receive daily suggested workouts and use the Forerunner® 955 to view your entire week of daily suggested workouts, which adapt after every run to match your performance and recovery.

Activity Profiles
When you want to switch up your workout, the Forerunner® 955 is installed with 30+ activity profiles which allows you to switch sports with a single button press. Includes profiles for cycling, triathlon, pool, and open-water swimming, and many more.

Safety Features
Keeping you safe when you run, the Forerunner® 955 is built with assistance and incident detection features (when paired with a compatible smartphone; see Garmin.com/ble. For safety and tracking feature requirements and limitations, see Garmin.com/safety). The feature can be enabled to send messages with your location to emergency contacts.

Music
