Specifically tailored for the rigours of cross country racing, this mountain bike (MTB) suspension fork features Fox Suspension's prestigious Step Cast chassis. Its Step Cast design offers a pioneering lower leg shape that isn’t just for looks, its narrow stance and stepped design saves weight, decreases frontal area, and provides clearance for the spokes and brake rotor. Ready for the most demanding of XC racing situations, this version is also kitted out with a lightweight Float EVOL air spring and a FIT4 2-position remote actuated damper (remote sold separately) for easy adjustment and fine-tuning to match your riding style. Part of the brand's renowned Factory Series, this model comes complete with a genuine Kashima finish on its upper tubes for slippery smooth, ultra-durable performance as you race for the podium.
In its fourth generation, Fox Suspension's patented FIT4 closed cartridge system provides two on-the-fly compression damping positions (Open and Firm) to adapt to varying trail conditions. Factory Series forks feature an additional 22 clicks of low-speed compression adjust in the Open mode, allowing riders to fine-tune their exact damping preferences.
This model's Float EVOL air spring automatically equalises the positive and negative air chambers for increased sensitivity and traction, regardless of the air pressure setting. Riders can fine-tune the characteristics of the positive air spring by using volume spacers.

Lightweight FIT4 Closed Cartridge System: Lightweight version of Fox Suspension's patented FIT4 closed cartridge system. The weight-optimised design uses a detailed aluminium piston, intricate material removal and consolidated parts design to make it lighter.
Narrow Chassis: The chassis is 10mm narrower than the typical 32 design.
Shorter Upper Tube Length: The shorter upper tube length raises the floor of the magnesium lower leg, creating a hollow lower section and a lighter overall system.
